You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Eligible items
Unopened products in their original condition are eligible. If you have opened a product and are not satisfied, you may return that one opened bottle per order for a full refund of that item.
How to start a return
- Contact us through our contact form or call (954) 248-8324 with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the items back. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item — then we email you a free return label.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error (U.S. standard shipping is free).
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
